Digital Information Center (Hand-Held Unit)
Observe your hydraulic system's vital operating parameters with this portable, digital information center (DIC). Controlled by eight buttons, the 4-digit LCD monitor displays pressure, peak pressure, flow, temperature, and speed. Protected by a rubber cover, the DIC can be used in both a lab environment or under extreme field conditions.
Use the DIC to Measure:
Pressure (up to 9000 PSI [630 bar] via the pressure transducer)
Flow (up to 156 GPM [590.5 Lpm] via the flow turbine)
Temperature (up to 257º F [125º C] via the temperature sensor)
Rotational Speed (20-10,000 RPM via the rotational speed sensor) |

Rotational Speed Sensor
Rotational speed measurement (RPM) is made possible with the use of the SDS 04 non-contact sensor. Speed measured using a photoelectric cell which counts revolutions via a reflecting strip or marking on the rotating surface resulting in a high level of accuracy.

The HC-DIC-CC1 is the same case and foam insert used in ur HC-TK100 test kit. It is designed to hold the Digital Information Center, flow turbine, load-cell, pressure transducers, and connecting cable.
The HC-DIC-CC2 is a lightweight carry-case made to hold the Digital Information Center, external power supply, up to three pressure transducers, and three STAUFF® test adaptors.
