JetLaunch Pneumatic Cleaning System

The JetLaunch System is the tool of choice for mobile and shop fabrication of hoses, tubes, and pipes from 3/16" - 2" (4.8mm-51mm) ID. The unit shoots special formulated foam projectiles to clean hydraulic hoses up to an ISO 13/10 level of cleanliness. It will even shoot projectiles through couplings, valves, and 90 degree bends to thoroughly clean an entire system.

Air Requirements
The JetLaunch system will operate effectively with a compressed air supply ranging in pressure between 90 PSI (6 bar) and 120 PSI (8 bar)

The foam projectile is sized to be approximately 15% larger than the inner diameter of the hose, tube, or pipe to be cleaned. The compression of the projectile against the inner wall cleans the internal surface and drives out any loose contaminants from the end of the hose, tube, or pipe. Projectiles
