The Serviceman Plus (HPM4000) digital hydraulic tester max kit is a perfect tool for hydraulic fault prevention and diagnostics. This compact mobile tester measures pressure, but also can measure temperature, flow rate, frequency, and speed in mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. It enables a service engineer to connect up to three sensors simultaneously and display, data log, and export results to your laptop for further analysis. The handheld unit features extremely robust construction and an oil-resistant rubber coating to withstand impacts, vibration, dust, and moisture (protection class up to IP67) and is designed for use in particularly harsh conditions. Even in low-light situations, measured values can still be read quickly and reliably from the multi-line, backlit LCD graphic display.
The MAX kit comes with a hand-held data logger, connecting cables, two 8700 PSI (600 bar) pressure transducers with M16x2 female swivel connections, one 870 PSI (60 bar) transducer with M16x2 female swivel connection, and a protective carry case with foam. The transducers connections can be used with M16x2 test points (Minimess/Test 20).
