HydraCheck developed the Universal Pressure Gauge Diagnostic Tee/Adapter Kit with Oil Sampling because we wanted to give hydraulic technicians one kit that has all the pressure gauges needed for checking a broad variety of pressures. Having the right pressure only solves half the problem though. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to connect a pressure gauge to an endless variety of connectors. The Pressure Gauge Diagnostic Tee/Adapter Kit with Oil Sampling includes all the connectors one needs to connect to a variety of diagnostic couplings and port connections.
The kit includes five (5) pressure gauges, which are equipped with protective rubber boots to protect them in the harshest environments. Gauges scales range from 0-30” Hg (0-76 cm) for checking a pump’s vital inlet restriction, up to 7500 PSI (517 bar) for checking open and closed loop systems. This versatile kit contains gauge port adapters, which connect seamlessly to a wide variety of adapters, which includes JIC, ORFS, BSPP, JIS, and Komatsu. Want to change the kit around? No problem! The kit comes with a variety of caps and plugs in both standard and metric sizes. It also includes a wide variety of transition adapters that let you make connections to almost any manufacturer’s diagnostic quick disconnects. All the caps, plugs, and diagnostic quick disconnects come in smaller easy-to-use co For total convenience, the kit also includes a turn-key oil sampling solution, which consists of two (2) sampling bottles, and an oil sample pump.
The two sample bottles that are included in the kit come with prepaid mailing labels that you can send in for an all-inclusive fluid analysis that includes a spectrographic analysis, viscosity, visible debris analysis, total acid number, particle count, and Karl Fisher (KF).
