The HydraCheck hydraulic flow meter test kit is the ideal tool for accurate testing and troubleshooting of hydraulic pumps and systems. Designed for safety and precision, this hydraulic diagnostic tool features an industry-first load valve with dual gauge ports, making it easy to test load-sensing pumps without additional fittings. For added convenience, the pressure gauge can be installed on either side of the valve, giving operators maximum flexibility.

Unlike conventional loading valves, HydraCheck’s loading valve includes a built-in safety relief valve – an essential feature when testing fixed-displacement pumps. Standard load valves can create dangerous conditions if the system’s main pressure relief valve is located downstream, often inside the directional control valve housing. Installing any valve that can completely block flow between a fixed-displacement pump, and its main relief valve poses a serious safety risk.
