The PFM6 Series is a compact, lightweight portable tester designed for fast diagnostic troubleshooting of all types of mobile or stationary hydraulic systems and components. These self-contained testers feature laboratory accuracy and provide flow, pressure, and temperature measurements simultaneously from one point. Designed for testing pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hydrostatic or power shift transmissions, and power steering systems in both mobile and stationary applications, these compact units utilize turbine flow meter technology. The units are offered in one-way or bi-directional flow options depending on your application. They offer precise flow, pressure, and temperature readings in a compact configuration.

Simple operation includes a toggle switch to display either flow or temperature readings and a loading valve that operates with fingertip control. The dual scale helical tube pressure gauge offers pulsation dampening and high overpressure capacity. For safe operation, all testers include an internal pressure relief system.



The Serviceman Plus (HPM4000) digital hydraulic tester features extremely robust construction and an oil-resistant rubber coating to withstand impacts, vibration, dust, and moisture (protection class up to IP67) and is designed for use in particularly harsh conditions. This compact mobile tester measures pressure, temperature, flow rate, frequency, and speed in mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.

The unit is available with either two analog sensor inputs or a CAN interface for connecting up to three digital sensors. Even in low-light situations, measured values can still be read quickly and reliably from the multi-line, backlit LCD graphic display. The Service Master CONNECT (HPM7000) is a powerful diagnostic measuring device for mobile, stationary hydraulic applications, e.g. in the area of service, commissioning, and development. It safely and accurately records values such as pressure, temperature, flow, and frequency.

Thanks to the robust IP65 design, it offers comprehensive protection against moisture and dirt and is resistant to impacts. Therefore, the device is very suitable for use in harsh environments.

The 7″ large, illuminated, non-reflective display enables smooth, intuitive operation. The clearly structured user interface which enables fast and secure measurement setting configuration makes the device easy to use. The modular measuring device hardware and software enables customized setup according to individual measuring and analysis needs (See below). It measures and displays up to 100 channels and is therefore also suitable for very complex diagnostic tasks.

The flow turbine can be permanently installed or used for diagnostics. The oil flow through the unit rotates the internal axial turbine. The frequencies generated are processed by digital electronics (a signal converter). Flow effects causing interference are compensated in this process. In the new, redesigned version, the signal converter is now directly integrated into the flow turbine. This allows even simpler operation and supports the permanent coupling of the turbine and signal converter components that are matched to one another.

The new turbine also improves the response times/reaction times (from a previous 400 ms to 50 ms) and increases measurement accuracy. The flow turbine is available in six versions for various flow speeds. A pressure sensor can be connected in parallel to the flow turbine by way of the integrated test point. In addition, the oil temperature can also be measured using the temperature sensor connection.
